Material Lifting: Moving heavy materials from one place to another in a factory or construction site.Cleanliness: Always keep the work area or floor clean and safe.Helping with machines: Assisting skilled craftsmen (such as carpenters or masons) with their work.Understanding Instructions: Listening to instructions in Hindi from the supervisor and following them properly.Eligibility and Rules:Language: Ability to speak and understand Hindi (compulsory).Physical stamina: Must be physically strong to lift heavy objects.Timing: Usually the working hours are10 to 12 hours, in which overtime money is paid separately.Salary:Salary usually ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 per month depending on the location and work.
