Job Description

Plan and forecast manpower requirement for present and forthcoming business and To make strategies for acquiring requisite skills and competencies through Job Portals, Job Postings, Referrals, Consultants and Social Networking. Manage the complete gamut of tasks involved in Recruitment including sourcing, screening, short listing resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews and making Offers Letter to shortlisted candidates. Manage employee life cycle across organization Implement structured performance appraisal and adequate evaluation method and ensure annual increment exercise completed in a timely and correct manner. Ensure promotion letters, increment letters, and other relevant letters are provided to employees in a timely manner. Analyse the training requirements and schedule training programmes for regular intervals and keeping eye on the effectiveness of the programme. Manage and implement Reward and Recognition programmes for all the employees across the organization. Manage Leave, Attendance and Time office management for all employees across organization. Maintain and update all Employee Personal Files in our HR System. Gather, update and prepare monthly HR reports as requirement of the management Build up positive corporate culture to strengthen employees’ morale and enhance the engagement of all staff across the organization. Handle employee grievance and disciplinary procedures and escalate them to the respective TL’s and Manager’s and management. Conduct Exit interviews, prepare termination letters, manage the entire termination process run through resignation checklist of items belonging to the organization. Payroll Support SPOC for all the employees for any HR & Operation relating issues. Supervise the ad-hoc day to day HR and Administrative support functions in the organization.
