We're seeking individuals with proven client acquisition skills for this role, as we do not provide training in this area. If you have a track record of successfully acquiring clients, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new B2B clients interested in availing our List Enrichment services. Your goal will be to build a strong pipeline of potential clients, nurture relationships, and close deals that contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, research, and identify potential B2B clients who can benefit from our List Enrichment services.
  • Initiate contact through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently identifying and engaging with potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific challenges and requirements of each client.
  • Present our List Enrichment services to potential clients, emphasizing their value and benefits.
  • Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and competitive differentiators of our services.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing, aiming to close deals that are mutually beneficial.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, strategies, and relationship-building techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in prospecting tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse client personalities.
  • Familiarity with List Enrichment services or similar offerings is a plus.
  • Experience in the technology, marketing, or data industries is advantageous.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position, with generous commission percentages based on successful client acquisitions. The more clients you bring on board, the higher your earnings potential.
