In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites built with PHP, WordPress, and other technologies. You will be expected to create clean and effective code, as well as troubleshoot existing code and databases. As part of our team, you will also be responsible for testing and debugging code, as well as optimizing performance.
To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of PHP, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You should have working knowledge of MySQL databases and be familiar with web server technologies such as Apache. Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git and SVN, is also required.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You should be comfortable using open source libraries and familiar with popular coding conventions. A good eye for design is a plus.
