Job Summary:
As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring strategic
talent for our company. You will be responsible for conducting interviews with potential
candidates, negotiating with candidates, and hire right talent for the company. Apart from
this, you will be responsible to comply with all labour laws, rules and regulation applicable to
the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hiring process, payroll
management, performance management and compliance with labour laws, rules and
regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies and oversee endto-
end recruitment processes.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts.
Address employee concerns and build strong relationships.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures and benefits
programs. Ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development
programs. Facilitate continuous learning initiatives.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and address legal
issues in collaboration with legal teams.
• Performance Management: Develop performance appraisal systems and provide
guidance on improvement plans and career development.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
and address HR-related queries and guide on HR policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, or in a related field
• Proven experience of 3-4 years in strategic hiring, people management, performance
and role defining in the real estate or construction or e-commerce / retail industry
• In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organisational and team management skills
• Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
